Since this is a description of the item and not the seller, I gave the item 5-stars. The seller gets 0-stars.
The item itself is a great tool but is NOT ACCURATELY DESCRIBED. If you order this item you will NOT get "... 3 removable needle sizes are included with handle-small, medium, and large." You will get the SMALL size only. Apparently, the needle is available in a number of different configurations. I returned mine and after a long wait finally got my refund.
I ordered my 3-needle size punch from Overstock. There are many punches available and I got to try a few in a class I took. This one was easy to thread and use and worked consistently (which is often a big problem with cheaper punches) and the needle can be easily adjusted for various loop heights.

The needle set only contains one needle and not 3 as stated in description. Not worth the bother to return. I bought the 3 needle set elsewhere.

PRODUCT REVIEW:
The product itself gets 5 stars. It is AMAZING. Great for people with arthritis or other medical concerns. Has many different adjustable lengths and has several tips: ex small (1 thread-must purchase separately) Small(2-3 threads) medium (3-6 threads, fine yarn) and Large (2 strands punch needle yarn, mid weight purl cottons, 1/8 ribbon). Useful and very detailed instructions (In COLOR). One of the BEST punch needles on the market.
BAD SELLER:
I gave this one star because of the seller 7GIFTS.
The description says you get the small, medium, and large tips along with 2 needle threads. Seller sends only the small tip and only 1 threader.
You can return it, but if you really want the item you are better off just buying the missing tips from punchneedlemarketplace.com The missing tips are 7.50 checkout says 11.00 including shipping , but they will adjust to actual shipping and it turns out much cheaper. You can also purchase the ex small needle tip from them which isn't included in the actual kit.
