I've used many different types of fusibles over the years. I was introduced to Misty Fuse about a year ago in a quilting workshop. I really like the weight of this product. It is lightweight, yet sturdy. I use parchment paper over my project when pressing. This is my go-to fusible now in my art quilts. I have no problem sewing through this fusible. It doesn't gum up my needles.

There are different kinds of fuse and different glues-this one is glued on both sides so it is great for adding body to cuffs, colors and so on but as an all purpose fuse, will not work and is a bit pricey per yard.
