These interchangeable needle cords came very quickly..like..within a few days. I was very surprised. Unfortunately, they were the wrong ones I needed (my mistake, not theirs). I requested for them to refund me if I returned the product, and they replied to my email within a few hours with directions! I was very pleased that they were so attentive, even if I wanted to return their product. I would purchase from them again...definitely.

I was impressed with the set of cords availablr for the Denise Interchangable Needle Set. Make the set more useful wth the different sizes you can make for knitting. Have not tried them yet but have heard much about the needles and and how nice and easy it is to change them and use them. Can't wait. Wanda

I really needed these since I had lost some small items in my set. I think they are over priced. I didn't rally need the cords, just the end caps and feel that they should be available in a package with several of them. It shouldn't force you to buy the whole thing. Otherwise I would have given a 5 since the needle set is the best out there. The tips stay on unlike some where the tips screw on and according to a friend of mine always unscrew. She has to tighten them. I had another set too where the strings where way to thin. I gave them away.
