Don't buy this item. The afghan is worthless. I basically ending up pay for a pattern and thread because I had to go out and buy an afghan to sew the pattern on to. Even my husband looked at the afghan and said it was crap. The afghan is so thin and poorly made that it would be next to impossible to sew on. Try to find just the pattern and buy an afghan or order something cheaper so you can get the pattern and buy yourself an afghan. I ended up spending another $14 to buy an afghan to use.
